The plugin lets users to write and manage Liftoscript programs, workout history, exercises, gym equipment, measurements, etc. Free reference tools provide Liftoscript syntax, examples, program design guidance, built-in programs, and exercise names. Private account tools require the user to authenticate with Liftosaur and have an active subscription before reading or changing programs, history, gyms, equipment, exercise settings, or measurements.
