Brava connects a business's loyalty-program data to ChatGPT. It can explain visits and recorded revenue, compare locations and busy periods, identify customer cohorts without exposing phone numbers or email addresses, review past announcement performance, and create prefilled announcement drafts that a person must review and send in Brava. If a user explicitly requests unsupported Brava functionality, it can record a private feature request for the Brava product team; it does not perform the unsupported action.
