Kalender Sync connects ChatGPT to all your calendars at once: Google, Microsoft 365 and Outlook, Apple iCloud, GMX, WEB.DE, mailbox.org, kSuite and any other CalDAV service. One connection instead of one per account, which means ChatGPT finally sees your whole schedule and not just one corner of it. Ask things like: · "Show me next week across all my accounts, work and private." · "When do I actually have three free hours next week?" · "Am I double-booked anywhere? My work and private appointments live in different accounts." · "Suggest three slots for a client call, with 30 minutes buffer around everything." · "How many hours are genuinely uncommitted this month?" · "Summarise last week by client so I can bill it." It can also write, if you let it. Block two hours of focus time tomorrow morning, put a whole course schedule into your calendar in one go and have the clashes flagged, or move something you created earlier. Anything it added, it can take back out again in a single sentence. And it works inside whatever else you are doing. Ask it to draft a reply proposing meeting times you are actually free, or tell a project to always check your calendar before it suggests any dates. You stay in control of what it sees. Per calendar you choose the level of detail: busy only, title and time, or full details. Write access is optional and strictly limited, because ChatGPT can only change or delete events it created itself. Your existing appointments cannot be touched, and you can revoke access at any time.
