Describe a meal in plain language and it becomes real entries with real nutrition data. Ask how many calories you have left, what your protein looks like today, or what you ate last Tuesday. Change a portion, move an item to a different meal, or delete something you logged by mistake. If you are new to Sphere, it will walk you through a few questions and calculate your calorie and macro targets using the Mifflin-St Jeor formula, the same one the iOS app uses. Everything writes to the same account as the Sphere iOS app, so a meal logged here appears on your phone and your streak keeps counting. Your food log persists across conversations.
