EvalDossier checks incoming signed evaluation dossiers locally before you rely on them. It checks schema conformance, integrity, signatures, and caller-supplied audience and nonce pins, then reports the result’s declared evidentiary basis without turning model judgment into formal proof. It does not determine whether work was done well, establish truth or authority, or authorize payment. It requires no network access, accounts, credentials, external evaluators, or payment or settlement actions.
