Prompts for, or accepts, a local directory of candidate skill/plugin folders, then reviews each immediate subfolder as untrusted input, creates importable Codex plugin structure for valid sources, and writes a repeatable manifest.json. Once Configured initially, allows users to download Many skills folders from various sources (GitHub, Other websites) designed for Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, Copilot, place them into their own subfolder, and then call this skill the handle converting to Codex Compliant Plugin format and allowing the user to install that now as a plugin.
